Do you re-sell earrings which have been returned?
Please be assured that all the earrings we sell have never been tried or worn. All returned earrings are never re-sold.

How are your pearls presented?
All our pearls are presented in a pretty satin/silk pouch with a gift card and care of your pearls guide.

What are your shipping costs?

Free P&P is offered to most addresses within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard. Express delivery is offered via Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) Next Working Day if payment is received before 3pm.  Free 1st Class Recorded delivery is also offered for our higher priced items. We will ship Worldwide via International Small Packets, 1st Class Air Mail Recorded or Airsure – prices available on checkout. Other services may be available on application. We aim to dispatch our items within 1 working day of payment.

What is your returns policy?
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your pearl jewellery purchase, you may cancel your order within 30 days after receipt of goods and request a full refund or replacement item. Please return the pearls in their original condition and packaging. We offer free returns and we will refund your postage (standard 1st Class Royal Mail) in full once we have received the pearls in their original condition. Please contact us on pearlsparadise@live.co.uk to notify us of your intent to return and we will respond to acknowledge receipt and advise how to return. Can I Exchange an item?
Replacements and exchanges are not allowed; customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.
